How It's Won

Stores are ranked inside their division by SMRR gain since the start of the event. To qualify for the prize pot, a store's event deliveries must reach at least 4% of its BOR at the start — the Del % column turns green when a store is qualified. Every store puts $50 into the pot and the top 6 qualified stores in each division get paid: $1,000 • $600 • $400 • $300 • $250 • $150 — identical ladders in both weight classes. Dimmed gold rows are stores in prize position but below the 4% gate — the gold turns solid when they qualify. On top of the store money, the top 2 Regional Managers by average SMRR gain per store each take $500 — and the same rule applies to them: an RM's region must reach 4% deliveries of its starting BOR to collect. Customer gain and BOR gain are shown for bragging rights. No totals are published — only movement counts here.
